• Post M&A Activities: planned, organized, and led merger of customer service, finance, and distribution functions of eight formally independent companies into one call center with two validated temperature-controlled distribution centers. Project took seven months from blank sheet to opening day; processing over $800 million/yr in domestic & international orders.
• Directed configuration and implementation of new CRM system and sales process for approx 400 account executives and field service agents who had multiple competing legacy sales processes and tools. Resulted in on-time completion, while under budget, and attained a provable high adoption rate of tool and process.
• Without impeding R&D pipeline’s work in progress, designed and launched business project management department that was crucial to successful transition of the a 500-employee international business unit into a new matrix-managed structure. Resulted in improved on-time delivery from 25% to 81% (exceeding goal) in one year.
