I maintain a homeopathy and health/life/workplace performance coaching practice.

I have recently worked as a career transition (outplacement) coach as a consultant with Right Management on a number of large projects. I have coached several hundred career change clients over the last two or three years. Other recent work: post 360 feedback leadership coaching of 20 local authority senior managers.

I use the core skill of eliciting a rich story from clients (developed initially for homeopathic practice) in a variety of settings: coaching and mentoring; communication and coaching skills training; career-change coaching.
