Rosalyn is a graduate of the prestigious Coaches Training Institute coaching programme and an accredited coach through the largest coach regulatory body, the International Coach Federation.
Rosalyn is a certified Firework career coach, enabling her to help clients to discover their skills and work motivation. She holds a BA Hons in English Language and Literature, a professional pensions qualification and is a trained counsellor.

Rosalyn is passionate about seeing people reach their full potential. She is based in Birmingham and works with clients from all over the UK. She works as a life coach and also a career coach.

Rosalyn’s coaching style is compassionate, yet challenging. She is direct but non-judgemental. Her counselling background builds on her natural ability to quickly form connections and build trust.

Volunteer counsellor at a young people’s agency, Rosalyn has been counselling and subsequently coaching since 2004. In 2008 she was involved as a coach on a Midlands project, working with disadvantaged young people on person development goals and towards a dramatic performance at the end of the year.
