Gegy offered a complete solution for online merchants in the home entertainment market. Through a partnership with Alliance Entertainment Corporation, Gegy was able to offer online merchants an on-line storefront, access to a virtual warehouse of over 300,000 home entertainment products, and merchant of record solutions which combined gave these merchants a turnkey solution for their online business needs.

MindFlow’s strategic sourcing model, which considered true TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and not just vendor bids, allowed additional dimensions and variables to be included with respect to multi-line analysis when compared to other vendor’s and allowed for multi-vendor freight optimization, multi-level multi-item volume breaks, qualitative business objectives, multi-level constraint definition (which include advanced aggregation constraints), product substitution, flexible demand ranges, and user defined analysis parameters

- defined, designed, developed, and implemented (in its entirety) the strategic sourcing model that elevated MindFlow to the position of being the first strategic sourcing vendor with referenceable clients and multi-line optimization; extended the model through three major product releases
- defined, architected, and designed all of the major functionality for four of the six modules in MindFlow's market-leading strategic sourcing software suite (sourcing analyzer, compliance analyzer, spend analyzer, and performance analyzer); this included all of the data structures (including implementation) that supported the on-line and off-line analytical processing routines
