project description If you are an independent coach with access to recently unemployed professionals in the UK, this may be an opportunity for you. In which case I would like to invite you to join my team on Ki Work.

This involves jobsearch support coaching under a UK government subsidy scheme. The net subsidy amounts to between £100 and £120 per client for you as the coach, depending on which action planning system you choose.

You need to be able to kick this off by finding your own prospects. Once you get the ball rolling, you can expect further business from referrals from

- Jobcentre Plus advisors
- your clients
- Ki Work's marketing efforts.

For recently unemployed professionals in the UK, this is a FREE service available through Ki Work. The programme includes:

- personal goal setting and tracking
- up to three hours personal coaching.

The required output is an Action Plan. As a valuable web-based tool, you can use the acclaimed Best Year Yet goal setting and planning programme supporting your client to:

acknowledge and appreciate what happened last year
define useful lessons
create a positive internal focus for producing results
identify the top 10 goals for the coming year
create a plan of action for delivering the top 10 goals.

Depending on your client's individual needs, you are expected to provide coaching in

personal rebranding
sourcing suitable work experience
understanding employers’ recruitment practices
improving job applications
improving interview techniques.

Eligibility

The Jobsearch Support Service for Newly Unemployed Professionals, is targeted principally at professional or executive jobseekers in receipt of Job Seekers Allowance (JSA) who have become unemployed after a period of long term employment. UK only.

This support service is funded by the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP). Eligible customers will have little or no experience of current job search channels but will have the confidence and motivation to seek work independently.

The aim of the programme is to give customers with professional and executive occupational backgrounds the knowledge and skills to enable them to identify and secure relevant jobs using up-to-date job search techniques and to exploit diverse recruitment channels.

Please either apply or contact me directly at coaching@ki-work.com

Many thanks, Michael
