Glen is a highly experienced coach and International training specialist serving global companies such Nike, Vodafone and Barclays. He specialises in coaching individuals in demanding roles, both professionally and privately. He has worked for over 20 years in the field of leadership and change management with particular emphasis on enabling successful people to make radical and positive shifts in their lives. Having recently completed a tour of 10 countries presenting Consultative Selling Skills, Glen is also developing a number of approaches to coaching that integrate both traditional and experimental methods. Being a master at ensuring a holistic but practical view is communicated in his training and in his presentations, Glen has the ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms, having many accolades for his ability to motivate and develop teams to enhance their performance and to become more results orientated. He is a member of many professional societies, is licensed by the De Bono, Neuro-Semantics and MBTI organisations and has completed both NLP training and the more advanced NS Coaching Masterclass.
