Adam’s expertise in software, services and telecommunications spans years of progressive responsibilities in large-scale systems development, product and services management, international marketing and consulting. At Sybase, Adam was responsible for overseeing client work and for managing the growth of Sybase’s consulting business. A spirited entrepreneur, he spearheaded the launch of Enterprise Portal, CRM, and data warehousing specialty practices that helped clients turn the Internet into a business-friendly environment by breaking down the boundaries between the Internet and their own networks. Adam led the transformation of the consulting organization from staff augmentation to front-end systems integration and SaaS, taking advantage of the shift of enterprise spending from large,ERP-like back office applications to rapidly deployed front office e-business portals and e-warehouses Prior to Sybase, Adam was Group Vice President of Professional Services at Telcordia Technologies. He led the expansion of Telcordia’s consulting business overseas and into new service lines including Y2K ,network security, managed services and internet (IP) telephony. Before joining Telcordia, Adam presided over Digital Consulting’s worldwide telecom practice. While at Digital, he represented the company on the Board of Directors of Bytel Ltd (U.K.) and MACH S.A. (Luxembourg).
