Simon has been an interim manager/coach/consultant for the past twelve years. Prior to that he was a Director of NCR Ltd. He has worked on many business change projects primarily around sales growth and operational efficiency. His clients have been in financial services, technology and the public sector and he has worked across Europe as well as in the USA and Saudi Arabia. In addition he has run workshops and delivered one to one coaching for over 1000 senior executives to help them 1) decide whether or not a career as an interim manager is the right one for them and 2) sell and market themselves effectively to win lucrative assignments. He has also worked with many experienced interim managers and consultants as a sales and marketing coach.
