1. Been in customer facing roles at senior levels from 1989 onwards looking after many prestigious clients 2. In the 2.5 years at Colt Telecom PLC, I was dealing with most of the country Managing Directors, CIO, Finance Director, Chief Operating Officer, & President/CEO. I was an Interim Manager/Contractor, delivering a network management and order handling system across Europe, plus some troubleshooting. 3. The highest level I dealt with was at American Express, went up to and including Ministerial Level 4. Amex: I managed a turnover of $66 million back in 1980/81 - worth much more now. (Developed Portugal from scratch) 5. I have spent many years running outsourcing operations. (Digital & Network Si) - prestigious City and International clients 6. Network Si had a staff of over 250 people and about half of which were in my division - the total turnover was £15 million - I was Director Managed Services, T/o £7.5 to £8 million, making £2 million a year PBT. 7. At Digital my managed services (Fm / Outsourcing) portfolio was £30 million, 20 customers and 160 staff. At Amex, Digital & Network Si, I had full P&L responsibility & accountability 8. All my work since 1989 (not just outsourcing) has involved selling additional services and projects into the customers and prior to that at Amex, I had to increase revenue across my countries.
