Other Experience:

Karl served as Chief of Operations for Sebastian Resourcing International LLC, an Indian garment sourcing company, where he worked with financial institutions to formulate and structure letters of credit, assisted in managing production work flow, and ran human resources.

Karl spent a year in venture capital and consulting working closely with management teams at various companies ranging from a software company with one of the first commercially available semantic matching platforms to a voice biometric payment authorization company. Karl also served as a management consultant to a biotech company whose drug candidate has been identified to increase the efficacy of Tamiflu in early testing. Karl's role with the company was to help establish global partnerships to develop product and speed up time to market.

Karl also served as the Director of Apparel and Merchandising for the Rocket Racing League (www.rocketracingleague.com), a new form of entertainment based on the highly successful NASCAR / INDY models where piloted rocket powered planes will race through virtually created 3-dimensional tracks in the sky while spectators watch on JumboTron screens and handhelds. Viewers at home will be able to tune in online and through their TVs where the tracks and obstacles will be superimposed using technology similar to that used to mark first downs in televised NFL games.

Karl was co-founder and Managing Partner of KRS Technologies and helped to drive 80% of a client's revenue by helping the client to utilize its advanced video, voice, data platform to deliver Continuing Medical Education (CME) to doctors and nurses around the country. Karl also was instrumental in establishing a relationship between the company's iMedicor division and Microsoft Health Vault.

Prior to KRS Technologies, Karl served as Executive Producer of the Road to Significance radio show ( www.success2significance.com ), on New Jersey's largest AM radio station, WMTR. During his time with the show, Karl expanded the vision for the business to include a series of books based on the guests' stories as well as a networking group to create and foster opportunity.

Karl began his career at Summit Financial Resources, Inc. assisting with financial planning. He graduated Cum Laude from Rutgers College and currently resides in Stirling, N.J. Karl serves on the Alumni Board of Oratory Preparatory School in Summit, NJ and on the board of the Rutgers Club of NYC. He also maintains a strong affiliation with the Institute for Sustainable Enterprise at Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison. He is an accomplished musician, at one time teaching violin privately as well as having played as a guest artist and a member with several bands.
