Having started in the Industry as a school leaver, when you could deliver directly to the craft, when security was what you looked for in a job, I have grapsed technology as far as I need as it is still a people industry. I have ran Domestic, International, multi -racial, multi cultural team of from 3 to 45. have good man Management skills and an extremely wide knowledge of the industry that can be referred to by so many buzz words.
Have been told I should now be teaching in the Industry, but in recessionary times trainig goes first, strangely and companies still struggle on. I can offer a more comprehensive career history to those interested.
