A series of 4 coaching workshops for a group of 5 NEET young people who are running their own careers service for young people, based in Westminster. “Be Confident” is a 6-month coaching programme (5 personal development workshops plus one to one coaching) which complements the Youth Works project. Youth Works aims to train a new generation of youth workers with a specialism in youth action. .
