Key Administrative Associates is a virtual administrative support and medical billing firm located in Evanston, IL. Our company is not a temporary agency we handle all work ourselves and we do not outsource. We are a team of two professionals who provide administrative assistance to businesses, consultants, and concierge services to individuals, along with medical billing & coding. Both members of our team have earned bachelor degrees in organizational behavior with minors in human resources and business administration (one from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and the other from Loyola University in Chicago, IL). We both average 10 years administrative support and data entry experience in addition to 6 years medical billing/coding experience.
