I recommend Martin without reservation!   Martin is outstanding in this field and will be an excellent credit to your organization.  I have known Martin and worked closely with him in the leadership consulting world for a number of years.  Martin’s character is superb: he is honest, helpful, skilled, personable and very, very experienced across a broad range of fields.  He has been an executive in British Airlines and American Airlines, been the CEO of two companies, at least, and has had great experience coaching and developing leaders.   He is also an outstanding facilitator/teacher and presenter who has created a great deal of original content as well as drawn on content from thought leaders in the field.  He has personally taught me many things, and we have worked together on a number of projects.
