Building on a 25 year career in personnel, training and recruitment, I have dedicated the past seven years to monitoring, researching and promoting the development of Social Media for organisational and educational improvement. My research in Human Computer Interface and online behaviour draws on my work as a Behaviour Psychologist and allows me to understand the methods and means of communications, their value and application in the cyber world. My own consultancy is built from expertis in five fields, all pertaining to the improvement of human relations within organisational environments.

I hold joint Honours degrees in Psychology and Religion(Bath Spa University). My particular interest is in the study and research of human consciousness. I am an accredited alumni Business Behaviour Coach from the Behavioural Coaching Institute.

I am founder host of  www.RelationshipCapitalInstitute.org which was launched a year ago. I also co founder of www.legalsocialmedia.com. I am also one of the co founders of www.SustainableFuturesFoundation.org. I co founded www.StartUpBusinessSchool.com with Richard Banfield and I act as VP for www.TycoonSystems.com.  I partner with www.Soft-Format.com to bring expertise to Social Media sites who are launching social media apps. such as blogs, wikis, communications and webstreaming to their brands. I am on the Board of http://www.QuantumBrands.net and Kids 2020, a global education initiative bringing sustainable education labs to K12.
