Nikki is a Senior Marketing Consultant at Customer Plus with over 6 years experience across a range of industries in both the public and private sector. Nikki is a Marketing graduate and holds the CIM Professional Postgraduate Diploma. She has managed a number of global exhibitions and seminars, worked on new product initiatives, managed brand development projects and executed a number of internal and external communication campaigns. Nikki is also a visiting lecturer at the University of Derby where she teaches marketing for the CIM.
