mark is the principal consultant and founder. with more than a decade of experience and having completed the academic coursework for his doctorate in business administration (management), he is well versed in evaluating, planning, and implementing solutions for contemporary business issues. in addition, mark serves as an adjunct instructional facilitator for the everest university college of business and as the secretary for the fraternal order of eagles (3658) 501(c)(8).

his experience as a leader began in boy scouts of america where he achieved the rank of eagle scout. after completion of his aa, mark joined the us navy and was forward deployed to yokosuka, japan aboard the uss independence (cv-62) where he was was a member of the captain's office staff and paricipated in middle eastern operations.

while completing his bachelor's degree and master's degree in organizational management, his career steadily progressed in the field of human resources where he held director and manager level positions in manufacturing, service, and distribution organizations.

in addition to his own experience, mark has a well established network consultants that act as subject matter experts (sme's) on an as needed basis for special projects. some of the additional areas of expertise include, mergers and acquisitions, accounting, statistical analysis, leadership development, lean manufacturing, academic curriculum development, and project management for software implementation.
