With over 10 years of managerial consulting, there are few tasks that I do not feel qualified to perform. I have managed and been a team player for a diverse range of job assignments that include process evaluations/recommendations, IT and functional strategy, software implementations, functional and technical diagnostics and financial analysis. Most of my clients have been in the real estate industry, but my skills are transferrable. Specific accomplishments include: 1) Identifying ways to save over $300M annually for a Fortune 100 firm through process improvements. 2) Identifying and quantifying means to save money in order to justify a multi-year project exceeding $15M. 3) Process evaluations and recommended improvements resulted in a potential FTE savings of 15-25. 4) Successfully participated in the implementation of several software packages that were complete on-time and within budget. 5) Managed the purchase of over $350M in real estate transactions. 6) Managed the due diligence in acquiring over $160M in financing.
