I have 7+ years of experience in this role. During this time I gained extensive experience of the full project life cycle from a development perspective. Achievements include creating the world’s largest, at the time, OLTP database which contained 50,000,000 patient records and 5,000 users. Creating fully functional test environments, that used Biztalk to handle HL7 messages, environments for testing migration from Ingres to Oracle databases. Creating, testing and managing performance test environments Member of the CSW team that created a proof of concept for the National Data Spine that has been adopted by the NHS also created and performance tested a concept environment for the data spine( 50,000,000 patients and 5,000 users). messages based on HL7v3 Member of the team that produced a Technical Proof of Concept for the Welsh NHS. I assisted the architect with the design of the deployed live and test systems and build of the test and development environments in Oxford.
