a) Head, Marketing & Communications Division (Assistant General
Manager).
- Supervises the planning, execution of bank’s brand management
activities.
- Initiates and oversees all promotional efforts viz, advertising, personal
selling, publicity, direct marketing, event management, all other aspects
of promotions, as these affect the bank’s product/service rendition.
- Co-ordination of all marketing efforts of bank’s branches, to ensure
conformity and optimal performance.
- Ascertains the needs of customers and work in conjunction with the
Product Development Committee towards creating new products capable
of satisfying these needs.
- Overseeing all functions embodied in (b), below.

b) Principal Manager, Senior Manager, Manager/Head, Corporate Affairs

- To ensure effective execution of promotional activities of bank.
- Promoting goodwill among the internal and external publics of the
bank.
- Projecting corporate image of the bank.
- Counseling the bank’s management based on social political and
economic factors and understanding of human behavior.
- Prevention of conflicts and misunderstanding.
- Involvement in analysis of the trend of affairs and predicting their
consequences on the bank.
- Ensuring the establishment and maintenance of effective flow of
communication and full information within the bank.
