ii.1.5) short description of the contract or purchase(s): royal mail group (rmg) wishes to establish a framework of structural engineers ("consultants") to provide design and/or technical input in reviewing opportunities for prime town centre sites as part of its business strategy. it is anticipated that the services to be provided through the framework will be on a site by site basis and may range from (but are not limited to): maximising the value of complex town centre sites through optimal scale, layout and mix of uses; devising innovative solutions without compromise to overall quality; developing a successful planning application scheme.
rmg reserves the right to determine the extent of required services as appropriate according to the individual requirements for each site. consultants may also be required (through the appointment of specialist sub contractors/sub consultants) additional specialist services where these are required to complement and fulfil the consultant's advisory role. further details are set out in the pqq available from m3 consulting by email request only at the address indicated at section l.1 under the heading "further information to be obtained at".
