project description One of our contacts has asked us to undertake a pilot market research call campaign on behalf of a catering solutions company. The target market is Chinese restaurants, so ideally an English/Cantonese speaking agent would be best.

Initially our client wants to put one agent on the task, with a view to him/her making 50 calls per day. The initial market survey would be for 1000 restaurants which would mean we would want to run this for 20 days.

We would supply the contact details for the restaurants in a spreadsheet which will include the questions we are asking. The agent would have to fill in the details of the answers and customer details as per below before e-mailling the spreadsheet back for results achieved on that day so we will break the spreadsheet up into 20 sheets which will be one sheet per day.

- Do you have a health and safety policy for the running of the business?
