project description We offer transitional support and career guidance for 'trailing spouses' or partners to help them 'land' in new environments, make sense of their new circumstances and identify and maximise the opportunities.

Whilst core transition and career coaching skills are transferrable internationally, we seek 'on the ground' collaboration with individuals who have indepth knowledge of different countries to bring full value to the service.

Our clients are large multinational companies and government organizations with overseas operations.

Typical programs include a minimum of 3 - 5 hours online one-to-one support per candidate, with additional on-going support according to needs.

Hourly fees range from $100 - $150 (£60 - £100).

Skills required include:

- 3+ years experience in transition/career/personal coaching
- multi-cultural skills
- experience in the use of online and social networking tools i.e. Skype, GoToMeeting, LinkedIn, Facebook for example
