4. Description: The Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) in Aiming High for Young People set a goal to develop a skilled and confident workforce delivering the most effective practice known to improve young people¿s outcomes.
The Children¿s Workforce Development Council (CWDC) is leading a national programme to support the workforce implications of Aiming High for Young People and the ongoing implications of integrated youth support services.
The awarding authority wants to commission an organisation, as part of the National Youth Workforce Development Programme, to undertake a Youth Workforce analysis of all organisations within Worcestershire, including the statutory, private and third sector, in order to identify and deliver core training priorities. The overall report will contribute to the delivery of Integrated Youth Support Services and building the capacity of the third sector.
