project description Ki Work is currently looking for consultants to help promote and deliver on its new "Outplacement 2.0" initiative.

In nearly every industry, corporations and SMEs are being forced to downsize, resulting in massive layoffs. Outplacement 2.0 involves a package of web training and consultancy, through which businesses can hugely reduce fixed costs while retaining access to valuable staff via distributed online teams. Businesses can lead these teams and deliver projects as the work arises, while workers have the freedom to bid on projects across several companies, and no longer have to count on one company for a paycheck. Ki Work provides the infrastructure for the creation, management, operation, and marketing of these teams. Teams can include current employees, former employees and freelancers.

The potential consultancy and training package amounts to $2,000 - $4,000 per team. Depending on the size of the company and the nature and extent of layoffs, the number of teams could vary from less than ten to several hundred.

Outplacement 2.0 consultancy for Ki Work will involve:

- identification and sourcing of corporate client contacts
- proposal analysis and presentation
- business analysis
- 'Working on the web' training delivery
- facilitation and support of employee transition
- maintenance.

Ki Work is looking for people with experience in these areas:

- outplacement industry
- recruitment and HR
- corporate consulting
- online business and virtual outsourcing.

Full training (and leads where possible) will be provided for free. Payment to the consultant will involve a significant percentage of business won, and equity options in the Ki Work business.
