PACKAGE: Revenue Share: 64%, OTE: Yr 1 - £50K, Yr 2 - £100k, Yr 3 - £150k (incl. 60% recurring revenue)
SUPPORT: Training, initial sales leads, shared resources and database, team co-ordination
PAYMENT: 33% on signing of order, balance on payment by customer.

NB: this has the elements of a franchise, but without the requirement for any capital outlay or subsequent charges.

Our partners are an independent telecoms consultancy providing advice on all aspects of telecoms to organisations in the UK, Ireland and across Europe.

The company is based in Cambridge with offices around the UK, employing a team of highly skilled and experienced telecoms personnel.

Formed in 1988, our partner is one of the UK's longest established telecom consultancies providing independent telecoms consultancy and outsourced telecom management.

The company is a leader in cost reduction analysis, telecom contract negotiation, telephone equipment selection, tendering and industry benchmarking in the fixed line, mobile and telephone equipment markets.

The company also advises on the implementation of IP VPN's and VoIP and has a vast experience of the mobile phone market with extensive knowledge of mobile equipment, mobile tariffs and international mobile roaming charges.

Our partner has carried out a number of projects advising local government, charitable organisations and FTSE companies on Call Centre and Contact Centre design and optimisation, with experience in the UK, Ireland and across all major European telecom markets.

ROLE INFORMATION
- We are currently looking for associates able to operate in one or more of the UK's 12 regions
- You will engage with end users and fulfil via support from our partners
- You will engage at senior management level and target organisations with a telecoms spend in excess of £30k per year
- You will target a minimum of £75k gross revenue in the first year, growing to a minimum of £225k in year three
- With the emergence of new related markets such as homeshoring, you can expect to generate significantly more, regardless of further economic downturn
- Order values start at £3k with an average of £10k
- Sales Cycles are typically 3 - 4 months.

Candidates must be eligible to work and live in the UK.

Ki Work provides the infrastructure that enables agile organisations to access and manage their resources and relationships "in the cloud". This
includes:

- the provision of a web-based platform and marketplace for organisations to access an on-demand managed virtual workforce, and for entrepreneurs to create, market and operate their own virtual businesses, requiring minimal start-up and set-up costs;
- coaching support for individuals to "cross the chasm" from conventional employment to "working in the cloud", and
- similar support for core employees to manage resources in the cloud.
