project description Let me grab this opportunity to introduce myself first, I am an logistics consultant / trainer by profession operating as COO to a leading Training / Consultancy firm HO based in New Delhi, India. I've been trained by University of Canberra, Australia on custom regulatory & different terms of trade having proven track record backing me up, recently being awarded by Amity University with Corporate Excellence Award for best international practices & processes definition in logistics segment. I am leading the team with a total experience of 17 years in trade during my till date service had served various organizations starting from operational activities to leadership… In my last assignment was leading strategic position into customs regulatory & legal compliance.

I being a part of core teams throughout addressing day to day operational issues & concerns related to strategic consultancies in legal compliance such activities were part of my daily activity. All through, I had learned from my surroundings that there are lot of areas which need more attention as if by mistake / oversight or lack of proper knowledge with concern handling the objective or by any other chance if process moves little differently the legal consequences can be savior… that is the reason more than 80% of the companies involved in international trade hires consultants. I had foreseen a big opportunity here & developed a unique process to support industry, I had successful tested this process with few of my customers partially & results were amazing. Since here targeted industry size is huge wherein it needs proper setup to carter the requirements with full force to generate expected results. This particular process has wast scope of expansion wherein can be replicated globally after successful implementation at one place. Now one may be concerned that why I wanted to start with India first… there are lot of other reason beside prime factor that my studies were India centric so would like to drive my innovative process firstly in India… the market I am more familiar with!!!
