ki work is offering category leaders the opportunity to lease exclusively one or more of 400+ second level outsourcing categories. The category leader then has the rights to build a network of accredited experts with similar expertise and motivation; and to offer accreditation, referral and consultancy services to both buyers and vendors.
the cost of leases varies according to potential and demand but have been initially valued by ki work from between $800 to $10,000 per lease. Assuming an average annual leasing cost of $2,500 and that the lessor is able to build a network of 20 accredited experts, category leaders can expect to
- generate net income in excess of $100,000 per year within three years
- significantly increase their opportunities for generating other service income
- be able to auction their category leasing rights for a sizeable premium, when they decide to exit.
leases are renewable annually at the same cost as the final auction bid price.
the category leader is expected to recruit and accredit other experts in the same category.
by realising the potential of their own trusted relationships, these accredited experts are helping category leaders to grow their business. The net annual income of the accredited experts in their team is forecast to be in excess of $30,000, not including additional revenues from consultancy. This assumes that they can build a network of 4.5 accredited buyers and 81.25 accredited vendors within three years.
